Shipping and Returns
Production / Shipping
All our products are made by hand and made to order.
For us to give you the best possible product, we will require a couple of days to process your order:
Normal production takes 2-3 business days.
Production during peak season takes 3-5 business days.

Please note for large orders for events and weddings our processing time may be up to 14 days.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Please keep these lead times in mind when planning your order. We will ship all your goodies in one go.

Courier:
Standard shipping takes 1-3 business days. Locker to locker with PUDO takes 1-5 business days. Please note this is dependent on your address.
Orders are delivered by The Courier Guy and come with a tracking number. We will email the tracking number to you as soon as your order is on its way. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update once you’ve received the email.
Brielle Collective will not be held liable for any causes whatsoever while a parcel is in the hands of a 3rd party courier provider

Collections:
Can be made from our studio in George. You will be notified with the necessary information as soon as your order is ready. An arrangement for your collection will be required.
Collections can be made during the following times:
Mon - Friday : 8:00 - 16:00
Weekends and Public Holidays: Closed
Returns:
We will accept returns within 14 days of delivery and will perform an exchange or store credit. We do not offer refunds. An email request and authorisation is required for the exchange/credit process to begin. All inquiries can be sent to info@brielle.co.za

Pending inspection, a store credit or exchange will be processed for the item value, and you will be contacted by email. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

We do not offer store credit or exchanges on personalized items/products or items that have been used.
